Ancient lost civilizations have been a constant theme throughout humanity’s myths. No matter the continent or culture nearly everywhere there are stories of a people greater, wiser, and more powerful than anything today who somehow vanished, leaving behind only barely decipherable traces of their lives and technological prowess.
Tales of Atlantis seem like fable until one sees the ancient stones of the Bimini Road beneath the Atlantic waters of the Bahamas. Or learn of the constant archeological finds dredged up in fish nets in the North Sea region known as Doggerland between the UK, Netherlands and Scandinavia. Or of the massive underwater platforms and structures of Yonaguni between Japan and Taiwan. Or the complete underwater city off the west coast of India in the Gulf of Khambhat .
Add to that massive megalithic constructions of pyramids and other structures made of stones weighing hundreds or thousands of tons found around the globe. At some point in the earth’s recent past a cataclysm occurred that wiped out untold populations and erased all but the barest memories of their existence.
The facts lay before us, as does the evidence. The trick is in how we interpret what our eyes and our hands touch.
